Am thinking of switching econs to literature (not history, even though I took it in sec 3/4!) if I get retained. Results will be out tomorrow. I'm not sure if I'm cut out for lit though, the only thing I know is that its very similar to SOVA and I'm much more interested in it than econs.

Actually, should I be thinking of history too? But Geog + History = very content heavy. Plus art = killer

Still not treading on the poly path yet, I think. Nah, I'll only think about it after the results are out tomorrow.
One small mistake or action can change it all.

Be careful with EVERY SINGLE step you take. A wrong carving on the lino plate will destroy your entire print, a wrong cut on a string can destroy a knit;

a wrong (even small) action can destroy hearts and change the direction of everything, a wrong word may wreck somebody's life.

I realize this fact always stays on my mind,
is it the fear of the feeling of regret?

I experienced it recently, it wasn't a good feeling at all.
I wish I could turn back time.

They say actions speak louder than words, but I think words have greater impact than actions. No, I change my mind, maybe it doesn't apply all the time.

(still under editing, blogger screwed up)

(art mates w/o nadiah cause she's overseas)

1. Art lessons (we did some collage experimentation) 9 till 12

2. Artists' talk for JC A'level artworks (TACTILES). I found it pretty useful but it got boring after awhile. Anyway, I drew some inspiration from some of the works. Though I still do not have any idea on what to do for the coursework, looking at those exhibits gave me more ideas.

3. Lunched at the Kopitiam nearby

4. Went back to 8Q to view the installations (the one I went to the other time :D). Awesome grey room and paper corridor and gigantic tanks and darkrooms!!

JC art exhibit:

(its in a fishbowl)

The cool comfy white room: (with the comfy sofa)

yay girls!

(yay my retarded face thing!)

the stupid look

meditating!

Closet/paper passageway:

yes, we walked into the closet, just like the chronicles of narnia!

paper passageway leading to grey room

The grey room:

I didn't take this photo in greyscale!! cool shit?!

and I got freaked out by this the other time

Tank room: (that's what I call it)

introductory book by the artist

Imma big bully! hahah

they're trying to hug me! hahah

and now the water tank!

the ladder to the "you're in control" lever,
which we touched this time round cause we saw others doing the same.

PARANORMAL ACTIVITY!

I ain't got the time to write much yet but I'm cropping and uploading the photos on facebook right now! Lets try to do those in point form.

Yesterday (friday):

1. Ivan, Jeremy & I went to steph's house to surprise her! :D

On our way to boonkeng, we saw a man walking past us with the plastic sphere on his head so we stalked him (and even went down the escalator) and I asked him for a photo!! When I asked him why he was doing that, he simply went,

"because I can".

because he can walk all around the place w/o dropping the ball

Upon reaching boonkeng, we got searched for stuff we needed to buy and cabbed to her house cause we had absolutely no idea where it was even though it was within walking distance from the MRT. The stuff we bought included bubbles, a crown, a card and chocolates!!

Ever since I saw that coursework (book) at NYJC about bubbles as glass-like creatures I fell deeply in love with them bubbles:D

We actually stayed at the playgound below steph's house for an awfully long time to do all the planning, and that involves scam sms-es HAHA. Many ideas got rejected and when we finally got the sms saying her parents weren't at home, we rushed up and abandoned all the previous plans LOL.

She refused to open the door at first? LOL

(rang like 4 times before she opened the door for us cause she thought we were those people who ask survey questions)

or maybe cause there were perverts! hahahahaha.
The one on the left is a much bigger pervert of course!!

2. Left for SITEX (IT fair) at 3 plus

(thanks for lending me your clothes to get changed into! (I was wearing a sleeveless top and a long sleeved shirt plus jeans so it was freaking hot) )

3. It was raining heavily there, we got quite wet &
had BK takeaway on EXPO 2nd level (went up shelterless escalator)

.. a large buncha fries from BK AGAIN! We ended up playing zong zi mi ma to get rid of the whole buncha soggy fries.

I learnt how to do the clap-hands-in-front-of-mouth-and-make-sounds thing and also the retarded facepalm thing which was supposed to help me get lower prices for the itouch ROFL.

(cropped from the above) We still don't have a proper photo do we?! Nvm wait till emily comes next time round!! :D

Had lunch till 5 plus and walked around the CROWDEDDDDD IT FAIR!

I GOT MY 32 GB ITOUCH AT NORMAL PRICE WITH THE MOST AWESOME FREEBIES (screen protector, silicon case, travel charger, airplane adaptor) Ivan & I got webcams too! Jeremy was looking for his ipod dock and Steph had other stuff to do 8D

4. Walked around till 9 plus.

these are TOILETS

5. I SAW PEIXUAN WHO WAS WORKING THERE!!!! :D :D :D
(and she helped me apply the screen protector thanks dear :D)

6. travelled to Tampines mall for Long John Silver (all the other stores were closed by then) and we talked for an hour about interesting stuff HAHA. I'm not the master damn it!

7. My mom got mad at me for staying out late so Steph and Jeremy offered to send me to my doorstep! To make things slightly better of course. THANKS ALOT BOTH OF YOU!!! :D They did that even though they were at risk of missing their last bus!!

Looking forward to the next outing with all you guys!! :D

Hello world!

Its 4:41 am now and nope, I didn't stay awake all night. In fact, I fell asleep at 1030 when I was supposed to bathe!

Cool fingers I have eh?! Boredom during GP lessons. Glen took the photo for me while we were doing nothing in the library after school. I attempted to do some art corrections while waiting for S & I but the place was too smelly. (eww fertilizers)

The three of us 80-ed to Bugis junction to meet J and waited at the busstop for a long time. Then I (as in, me) got bored and called S (who was next to me) and we pretended we didn't know where each other were. "HUH OMG I'M WAITING FOR BUS 80 TOO!!" ROFLLL. J then called so we had a conference call and when I handed the phone over to I, he started 'crying' over the phone boohoohoo.

pronoun ambiguity in the paragraph above. Shall stop using letters.

KFC for lunch with my usual LARGE mashed potato and SMALL coleslaw C:
Lunch conversation, content unknown! Except for the part where I was being an innocent kid cause I didn't know anything about America pie (woah innocent leh!) and girl conversations LOL!!

We went on to the national library, and couldn't find a place even though steph and I combed through 8 levels :( In the end, we went back down the the basement level to find the two guys (ooh we saw somebody there), sat for 10 minutes and decided to walk to bras besar macs instead.

COOL MAC WITH COOL AND COMFY ERGONOMIC CHAIRS (looks ergonomic, at least). We got seats on those chairs at first, but Steph and I prefered the squarish Contemporary looking ones (yay!) I call it my Concentration table, maybe I should study there more often!! freaking finished up 3 essays okay, never done that while studying out before I think (phail, I know)

J left, then S left, then we left. (okay it sounds kinda sad from the way I put it, as though we're going off one by one, leaving that poor table all alone)

Uh-huh. and then I had 4 slices of bread (with tuna)
and fell asleep at 10:30.

Art's been postponed to saturday (SAM trip yay!), Japan meeting + dinner @ ChompChomp later on still on, exciting stuff on friday! Will find the time for blogskin too yay!

School at 9am!

Actions speak more than words

but words hurt more than actions
Peixuan & I are going to change our blogskins soon!

(yeah we're using the same one! :D) I love the current skin alot for its simplicity, but its now looking quite empty as the photobucket account for the creator of this blogskin has expired and we didn't save a copy of it! Anyway, time for a change and I'm looking forward to using the new one! :D

Need some time to edit all the colours, background(s), fonts, dimensions, words! Like, big change kinda editing though its a matter of changing the words and numbers. Pesky little creatures that require patience. Meanwhile, enjoy the plain white background lol!

God I love downloading stuff in the morning the internet's so much faster. I've to leave for school at 11:15, going out later. Till then!

School at 12 pm tomorrow = late night!
COOLSHIT!! (my favourite word for now)

Just had a nice long (okay, 1 hour) nap on one of these rare days where I actually get to go home before 9 pm. Yup, I rushed home straight after (the damn long) Japan meeting cause the rest of the study buddies decided to take a much-needed break too! :D

(Steph, the bread/tuna's waiting for you!)

I mentioned about isolating myself to finish up the geog essays today but that never happened. Firstly, I was too tired from staying up late last night (its just 2am, but I've been sleeping at 2 or 3 almost everyday its become a vicious cycle). Secondly, I wasn't really in the mood to do so. Thank God corrections are due thursday!

Pretty mundane life I've got here, but its the little bits and pieces that make life complete right? :D

So.. I DIDN'T FALL ASLEEP DURING ECONS LECTURE TODAY! Fast forward to the breaks and geog lecture, I totally fell asleep during that one cause I had my jacket WITH the hood on. anybody who has seen my jacket should know how comfy it is!! (MICRO FLEECE ONE) Sleeping in it during a lecture is totally forgivable. Not for my studies' sake but I prefer reading up on my own anyway!

Hafiz was craving for fish and chips at Tampines mall after geog but I couldn't make it since I have the Japan meeting at 2:30, so the three of us (with clifford) settled for Pizza Hut at Kovan instead. All I ate was the 4 pc chicken while they had the set meals.

Clifford's... soup. GROSS TO THE MAX.

an ENTIRE layer of pepper, chilli, cheese, chilli and more pepper. When I mean entire layer, I mean entire layer. No I'm not gonna advertise for it, looks gross enough!

Its a wonder how I could survive eating so little, but my, those chicken drumlets are heavenly. A little oily, but who cares!

Oh, Hafiz was being such a blur person today!!! He spilled pepsi all over the table and floor (the cup toppled over) and walked out of the shop without paying (realising awhile later, of course)

Then, we went on to get my MANGO SHAVED ICE! The one from the stall next to kobayashi at Heartland mall which costs 3 bucks per bowl. For the AHS peeps, its something like the icekimo from eastpoint mall! unique texture and so addictive too... I don't know how to describe it you've GOT to try it for yourself!!

Japan meeting from 2:30 till 6!
as usual.

Think we spent some time learning the jap phrases, we got our logbooks too! Practiced the dances a few more times, fooled around, played games and got high a little but it was still a hell long meeting, we couldn't wait for the "H" word -- HOME! HOME HOME HOME!

Though we did stay on for a little while for itouch and to talk to MrTan. Stuart and I flooded Nat's itouch TOP SCORERS board in that burst bubble game cause we totally spammed it with FOUR hands duh. Now there's "Stem" on top scores and no more "gab" or whatever. Not like any of them would read my blog anyway!

Main point is, I can't wait to get mine! I'll download apps. like crazy and OF COURSE put in my tons of songs. Talking to Mr Tan is quite hilarious too, at least he's coming for meetings from thursday onwards!

I'm getting to know the people from my trip a little more, but they all probably think I'm a crazy kid. Might not be that bad a thing. Anyway, I really do enjoy smacking people even during dances heheh. God I must say I still need more practice for the college dance (you can't blame me, I missed the CIP!)

Here are some photos I grabbed from Ryan (its for the momento):

Siew Ee, Michelle, Huiling & I!

hell yeah! why am I the only one with that face!

(from last week!)
her name is steph too!!! and she's crazy too YAY!

Alright, then HOME FOR ME. FINALLY I COULDN'T WAIT TO GET HOME I SWEARRRRR.

I love going home early cause I can sleeeeeeeeeeep!!!!

Yesterday was pretty much the same, just that Steph Ivan Jeremy and I stayed in school to study and we played abit of Reverie and I ended up playing many songs cause its been sucha long time!! We called Emily to talk crap before we left!!! :D

WoW!! thanks for buying TauHuay man!! Its damn good (Y)

Steph and I ended up eating the KwayTeow I bought at the senior citizens' corner cause we were having gastric :( KWAYTEOW IS GOOODDDDD.

The small boxes not the words, and just a few of 'em!
(nothing to high about card game anyway LOL)

my brother's work of art!! He printed the template out on photo paper and made it into a box (they're sleek/compact/tiny whatever you call it) and the coolest part is the box. Okay I don't know how to describe it but its amazing how people can be so accurate with the measurements and design of such boxes man.

Free printable version online? Even better! He looked quite excited when he asked me to snap a photo of it so he could upload it to some site LOL. Now he's making boxes, boxes and more boxes for his wonderful board games.

Intellectual board games, I think this might be his 15th game or something??

OH AND HERE ARE PHOTOS FROM SUNDAY!

Terie and I found the room too bright for movie watching so we hung clothes on the window HAHAHAH. Actually, we do that all the time :P

its dark cause ITS MEANT TO BE DARK

Food too!!

My mom likes to barge in when they're playing weird scenes. She totally saw that sex scene and the lesbian kiss scene?! & asked me to watch more decent shows in the future ROFL.

Yeah I've watched jennifer's body before and I realised its really not that good a show since it doesn't have much of a plot! Megan Fox's still hot nonetheless!

Alright, off I go now. To bathe or something!

ART CORRECTIONS DUE TOMORROW!!!!!!

Monday, November 23, 2009

Help geog is at 11 am tomorrow :(

Shall try to isolate myself during the two hour breaks here I go!
Reverie

Terie came over to watch jennifer's body with me today but I haven't uploaded the photos, so another day!

Let me introduce to all of you some of Claude Debussy's works in this entry. He was a french composer who worked with impressionistic music, and his works were the transition from the Romantic period to the Modern period.

My (ex) piano teacher was the person to introduce Debussy to me and this was the song that made me fall so deeply in love with his compositions when she showed me the score. Been my favourite composer ever since.

Don't say.. that was nearly two years ago :(

Debussy - Reverie

Impressionistic, dreamy, free for interpretation and expression.. there's nothing more to say, its so beautiful isn't it?

.. then I watched All about lily-chouchou (this japanese movie yh recommended me then) filled with debussy pieces. Arabesque no.1 kept playing in my mind then so I decided to learn the piece. Stopped having lessons by then so I don't suppose its perfect. Besides, I've already forgotten alot of the notes. D:

Debussy - Arabesque no. 1

I do believe this piece is quite well-known too. & what a talented young man!

Debussy - Arabesque no. 1

(an audo version of it)

Of course, there's the famous...

Debussy - Clair de lune
(that's a good performance man)

My mom used to buy these classical CDs for me when I was young, and this song was under.. okay I forgot which. Anyway I've always loved this song without knowing it was by Debussy! Rather, I didn't really know who he was then. Sounds familiar?

Lastly, there's L'isle Joyeuse, which means "island of joy" when translated.

Debussy - L'isle Joyeuse

Not a bad interpretation of this piece :D

There are other pieces like La fille aux cheveux de lin (girl with the flaxen hair) and his children's corner series and and Sunken Cathedral and Preludes but I'll leave it at this for now.

Enjoy! :D

Having a nice little chat right now, I've decided to note down EVERYTHING I've gotta do and make sure I won't ever forget my promises. Being selfish and irresponsible isn't what I should be doing.

NO CCA = OUTING!

Pardon the extremely long post below!

No photos of all of us yesterday D:
Very shy to suggest you know? (okay I won't steal steph's line LOL)

The rain is such a plan-ruiner! We were supposed to fly kites but it started raining at 1 plus, the four of us had to walk in the rain (nah, with umbrellas) to meet jeremy at Kovan. Sorry for making you guys wait!! (clifford was helping me backup phone messages + update phone softway, thanks!)

Damn, I really looked forward to flying kites!! :(

With our wet shoes/socks and dripping umbrellas, all five of us took the mrt to vivocity (YAY!!) First, to check out movie timings (and buy the tickets) and second, for LUNCH at burger king! I CONQUERED THE XL MUSHROOM SWISS BURGER! Actually, its just wider in diameter and prolly just as filling as the normal mushroom doubleswiss. the MONSTER one has one more layer, I wonder if its about the same as the megamac?!

my pw project is about obesity and unhealthy diets.
PW is such a useful subject, I've learnt so much from it!

After sitting at BK for God knows how long, we went into toys'r'us and fooled around before the movie at 4:55. KIDS THESE DAYS ARE SO LUCKY!! They get the most awesome and the coolest toys ever. It was the clothes at kiddypalace/fox yesterday and now the toys? Damn, "I DON'T WANNA GROW UP, I'M A TOYS'R'US KID!!" makes so much sense now.

As mentioned below, the movie was great! :D we took off our shoes and socks (shhhh) and I sat in between the two who propped up their legs and covered themselves with the willrun shirts. On my left were Ivan and Jeremy who laughed at some parts (WHAT LOL) and on my right was Emily who kept sniffing towards the end and Steph looked very :O!

Observing people is fun man, everybody's eyes were glued to the screen and oh, were we at GV Max?! Cause the seats were comfy and the screen was niceee.

Darkness fell by the time we came out of the cinema, so we went to the rooftop to chat for a while. a LITTLE while, about star cruises and the stuff in my bag and sentosa and anything under the sun (and the moon, in this case) before we sent Emily to the mrt cause she had to leave early :( The view was nice, just not as great as esplanade river's!

The four of us stayed for dinner at kopitiam. Ivan & I had pepper lunch and I don't know why Jeremy (His gay partner NOW I'M ANNOUNCING TO THE WORLD THAT JEREMY IS VERY GAY!! not like you all don't know) and Steph (who had a pretty decent plate of korean dish herself) didn't regret buying it cause it was so awesome!!! Haven't eaten it in a long time aww :(

Yeah so I reached home an hour after my curfew and WHOOPS. Fell asleep soon after.

Some photos from Thursday's Dinner @ Ajisen with Emily & Ivan:

(just our food, actually. LOL)

Emily's hokkaido Scallop! I got the egg white!! hahah,

Ivan's Volcano ramen which wasn't that hot afterall!!

My Ton toro Ramen set (with agedashi tofu & ice green tea)

The rest had sets with crabstick cream croquette (yummm) and whitefish (yummm)! Green tea was too bitter :(

meet our imaginary friend!

She forgot to wear her clothes so I lent her my awesome school blazer which isn't see-through like her. Okay lame not funny facepalm HAHA.

THIS BLOG NEEDS MORE PHOTOS.

2012 with the study buddies today!

(this is more like a review/afterthought post if you're looking for what we did yesterday, do wait. Sadly, we didnt' take any photos D:)

Overall, great graphics (albeit too much), the day after tomorrow-ish storyline and a movie which gives you room to think. I think the main attraction of the movie isn't the storyline itself, but to tell us about the adverse impacts of mother earth's destructive powers and also, humanity.

Adam Lambert - Time for miracles

enjoy the song :D
it was being played at the end of the end credits.

Besides the part where the car actually managed to drive through all those rubble and crash through the windows, the movie was pretty good in my opinion. Food for thought, food for thought. We didn't enjoy the massive display of destruction, but it's still highly recommended. Some scenes made me think.

Oh, and mitigation, prevention and and response measures were clearly evident. Liquefaction, plate tectonic shifting plus tephras too! Geography is useful hahah.

For now, the only quotes I can remember are "when there isn't time, luck is all we can depend on" and "The moment we stop fighting for each other," “is the moment we lose our humanity"

I don't see the point in them trying so hard to survive. From the start of the show, all they did were to try their very best to escape the jaws of death, running and running desperately to someplace safer just to keep themselves alive for a few more hours. Towards the end, they were just at another place where lots more people congregated as it was a safer location.

Throughout the show, I didn't see the point in working so hard to reach a place where so many people already were. They went through SO MUCH, just to be someplace where some people already were without working hard? To me, the logic is: If its meant to be, its meant to be.

Its just death, as long as your loved ones are with you, what's so bad about death? Well, this says alot about my weak determination I think.

I'm a weak person that's why I mentioned about wanting to be stronger. Nah, its not just something I want, its something I need as a person, just that I don't know how to do that. I quote, "the moment you think you're immature, you've already matured". I hope that's really the case.

Also, I teared a little when Noah, who normally shuts Jackson out, acknowledged him as his dad and cried, "he's my dad! he's my dad!" (or something like that) when Jackson almost died. & when he wanted to help Jackson so much with the hydraulics chamber at the end.

It made me feel guilty for shutting my parents out sometimes too. I normally keep so much to myself, refusing to tell them more about what I think and the many many problems I have.

My mom and I had a little quarrel the day before regarding the curfew. She normally lets me come home after midnight (provided I answer her calls) so I felt really restricted when she suddenly went "10:30's your curfew". Obviously, I did not agree.

Every single time a child and her parent gets separated (in this case, going out), it'll make the parent worry alot. It was selfish on my part to not have considered her feelings. Its not like I don't know this, I've understood this point way back, but perhaps not well enough for me to not get mad at her yesterday.

But then again, this is Singapore and its seriously relatively safe to be out till 11 plus that's why I felt it was absurd. Atticus Finch (from TKMB) said "you never really know a man until you stand in his shoes and walk around in them". (kenneth gave me that quote!) In any case, I haven't been a good daughter recently.

2012 also reminds me about the fragility of life. In disasters, all that matters to a country is the death toll and all the people are just like little ants being drowned in a cup of water. I admit I felt NOTHING AT ALL when the waves were crashing down on the tiny dots of people.

However, I DID bite on my lips/fingers when they showed the death of individuals, especially when a person was about to lose somebody important to him. Simply put, we're just too selfish to care about other people that pass us by on the streets. Rather, is there a need to? I don't know, I am one of those selfish beings afterall.

Yeah, the show made me feel extremely selfish/self-centered. If a disaster were to occur, I wouldn't be selfless enough to share them with people I dont' know either. I would willingly share it with my loved ones (maybe because I fear losing them, and would rather die than to lose them), but not with strangers. That sounds really selfish, doesn't it? I keep convincing myself that's fine cause most people are like that. But is that really fine?

When you watch a film with these characters, we'll simply go "selfish bastards", I'm sure. When the time comes, would WE be able to do what Adrian Helmsley in the film did? Probably not.

I so wanted that "extra guy" who tried to disappear when he tried to get Jackson's wife to marry him (cause Jackson was always away from the family) because it seemed as though he was a stupid irritating third party at first. Until he said, "you're a lucky guy, I've always wanted a family myself". Like, aww I never really thought of it that way, he has his own needs afterall and it wasn't really wrong since Jackson's always away and... the children already sees him as a dad too.

(OH BUT JACKSON IS A REALLY GREAT GUY AFTERALL)

Okay that's alot of words. Till then.

YES, WATCH 2010.

2nd day

Its getting way too boring here with my OKAY-so-I-did-this-and-that-today posts. (will post more on past few days)

There was school today (but just 2 periods), so I got out of school THREE TIMES to three different locations

Breakfast @ Kovan (KFC) with Clifford, Wilson, Rabiah
Lunch @ Hougang mall (SUBWAY) with Ivan & Emily
Dinner @ Compasspoint (AJISEN RAMEN) with Ivan & Emily

There was SRGCE meeting too, and it was kinda fun dancing & singing (plus actions) even though it was a hell long meeting. OH, OH, OH. WE GOT OUR BLACK BLAZERS!! (love it haha)

Dinner was great, and walking around the mall for awhile & looking at baby stuff/random stuff was even greater!! Kiddy palace was filled with such cute/awesome stuff, actually we only went to 3 shops?! HAHAH

The journey to Hougang mall was funny cause we were having a conference call with Jeremy throughout, so its like two people walking next to each other talking on the phone with a conference call?! HAHAHA. & when we saw emily walking to hougang mall we called and went "STOP! STOP! STOP! STOP! STOP!" for a few times before she turned around HAHAH.

I forgot to mention that Emily & I drank RED BULL plus A TUB OF MINT ICECREAM in school on tuesday, and that got us freaking high. My ears turned red and the both of us started scaring/disturbing Steph in front of her classmates and Kicking Ivan's chair/slapping his back. We also ran all around the school saying hi and doing Idk what. Red bull's my drug yo! \m/

EMILY TAN! Sorry I'm not the best person to cheer people up, but I do understand how you're feeling (trust me, I've gone extremely emo thinking excessively about that too). I don't feel like I'll give the best advice right now, but you've always got us (as cliched and unreliable that may sound). Well, we'll try out best to be there!

Also, there's a very extremely very extremely high chance I'll be in the same situation, so... yeah haha. For now, here's a virtual hug sorry I can't do anything else but this :(

& Clifford, thanks for telling me about some stuff and listening to me too! :) Its still bothering me quite abit but I'm trying to straighten things out, and see how it goes first. For now, please take out all the negative stuff I've said k haha!

ALONE TIME IS GOOD FOR YOU
My mom is the funniest HAHA.

So she gave me a piggy bank today and asked me to save money (I normally put them in a bag and take whenever I feel like it. Hey I do have an account book k!!). Not supposed to open it till a year later or something.

But guess what, she decided to raise my allowance by 10 bucks so I can put it in at least one note each month LOL. Not like I mind. I know the purpose behind the gesture, but its still quite funny.

Just that.. I don't think I'll be able to save much this month, I need quite alot to buy all the stuff I want. Plus plus plus, ITS GONNA BE THE 9TH OF DECEMBER SOON!! JAPAN TRIP! :D

I went shopping alone today and got a pouch from Esprit! kiss goodbye ugly previous phone/coin/ezlink/keys pouch of mine!! Come to think of it, the pouch isn't that fantastically nice but its alright!

Shopping alone's fun (and accomplishing) but I need/want to find people to tag along and give me some opinion, it sucks to not know which colour to choose HAHA.

Tried on several pairs of jeans and tops and shirts and everything too, am very in love with one with a picture of a wolf on a dark washed material. It looks painted and the material/cutting's great. It was so nice I didn't mind sacrificing more meals for it but..they didn't have my size, dammit why does this always happen!! :(

Plans:
2012 tomorrow!! (most most probably!)
going out with the study buddies since there isn't CCA on friday
mahjong on saturday (I DON'T KNOW HOW TO PLAY) and
movies with terie on sunday!!
Free!

Well, I wouldn't say I'm exactly free since there are the Supplementary lessons and I've still gotta study for J1/J2 (whatever it will be), but woohoo THE RE-EXAMS ARE OVER BABY!!

The geog paper went better than expected today, lucky I didn't freak out much last night. (couldn't concentrate AT ALL in school yesterday and kept sleeping when I went home, which resulted in me studying almost nothing). AND.. AND I DRANK RED BULL 2 HOURS BEFORE THE PAPER.

Red bull is miraculous, I studied quite a fair bit 2 hours before the exam and my mind was super conscious during the paper, I swear I've never felt like this before. Gives me wings!!!!

Maths paper... haha, joke of course.

We'll see the outcome, I'm not looking forward to the call :/
Power. my power nap became a 1-hour long power nap, more like a nice longgggg nap.

Always there acapella

Cool I stumbled upon this and this is Mr Toh singing!! He's the one on the extreme left :D & I see Mr Yong too, he was our conductor for only half a year though.

I wonder if the rest still visit the choir now, I haven't done that since.. the last choir performance at esplanade (and my birthday was on that day!) Actually, I haven't even went back to Anglican High to collect my O'level cert. Heh, I like calling it AHS more.

Righto, just got reminded of debussy. Its so sad that I can hardly remember any pieces now, I should pack some of my favourite scores in my bag so I can play whenever I'm feelings stressed in school. Its quite stupid to always rely on scores, I lack the practice :(

Geog paper 2 and Maths tomorrow. Wonderful. :(

So addictive to find out the meanings behind songs.
So addictive to find out the meanings behind words.

Makes me feel like writing a song now. I still haven't tried, of course. There seems to be inspiration now (talking about just the words not the music), but I've gotta study for Re-exams.

One of these days (for real), I'm going to get down to the nice place, take off my spectacles and paint a picture. Like how I've always wanted, impressionistic and all. The night looks amazing here.

The point isn't about it turning out nice anyway, its about how I see the world. Nobody sees it like I do.

I want to sit by the river or the sea at 3 am at night and try to write something. Never tried that either.

But... time?

Life sucks life outta me.
Steph!! Thanks so much for cheering me up last night and offering to help me and all :D Being high and all did make me smile, & to hear comforting words as well.

Kaiying! thanks for the slides! :D I really did sleep early, haha. Just that I don't think there's time now :(

I studied with Stephanie, Ivan, Jeremy, Claire, Peter & Jonathan yesterday. Some went early and some came late, and I ended up being really depressed because there wasn't time to study.

Still depressed, actually. Its 6 am now and I woke up not too long ago, with almost no facts about econs. Got an hour to study, tata.

Its going to be hopeless. I know it.

I just don't want it to be.
